• Monday Workshops

    We are excited to announce the last element of our Anti-Hate Festival and have planned three hour long workshops to take place at the Bunker Theatre on Monday the 11th of February between 12-4pm.   • Anti-Hate Festival Program

    Want to visit the exhibition? We are just finalising a couple of details for the festival program, but thought we would share what we have confirmed so far: Exhibition open to the public:  Sunday 12-7pm and Monday 4-7pm (Just turn up) The exhibition will feature over 60 photographs taken over the last five years by the talents that are: George Sydney Selwyn-Brace, Marie De Lutz, Laurie Poole, Lauren Marschall, Anthony Adams and Cathal Moran.    Some of the poets featured in the photographs will be appearing throughout the day to do an impromptu 5 minute performance of their work.     As part of our Anti-Hate Anthology we are proud to present three events aimed at supporting poets, particularly spoken word artists, in presenting their work on the page. The first two events are workshops, led by SWL hosts Hannah Gordon and Patrick Cash, which will take place on the 25th of November and the 1st of December respectively. Both workshops will offer opportunities to share work and get feedback, some exercises to help you edit your work and information about the anthology and themes.   • Spoken Word London: Anti-Hate Exhibition and Anthology

    We are excited to announce  that we have got Arts Council funding for a project to celebrate five years of Spoken Word London!! The project will include an Anti-Hate anthology; with workshops to support people with the editing process, an interactive photography exhibition and two special events; a book launch and a very special edition of ‘Spoken Word London – Anti-Hate’ in February 2019.
